Allow a contract to be set on ship sales in Hanger

Allow a contract to be set on ship sales in Hanger

I sometimes get asked to salvage an old ship from a player (I have a Salvage yard on my settlement), but at the moment there is no easy way to make sure the ship that needs to be salvage gets to the right player.

What I'm proposing is that just like when you move a Player Made ship into the Star Ship Sales store, where you can enter a contract for the player that the ship is intended for, you can also set a contract on ships sold through the Ship Hanger.

I whole-heartedly agree with this suggestion.

It should be pretty easy to code due to similarities with existing PM Ship Sales contracts, and would really aid those with a ship salvage yard in drumming up business.
